In order to design a vacation package according to your needs sent us the following information:
The sailing yacht of your preference including cabins and WC
The exact charter dates
The desired marina of departure
The number of persons on charter

Second Step
We send you our offer for your sailing holidays with a
quotation, and the boat stays as an option (we reserve the boat for you)
Options are held for one week. If you need more time to decide for your sailing
vacation in Greece, please contact us to extend it.
Third Step
If you agree with the offer, please confirm your option to booking using the
on-line booking form for charters.
At the same time, we will send you five copies completed and singed of the Charter agreement form, which
is an official document approved by the National Tourism Organization of Greece, and the Greek Ministry
of Merchant Marine. The Charter agreement form is included later in this page. The chartering agreement
contains all the information concerning your boat and the charter dates.
After signing all the copies you send us, immediately, four of them.
You keep one as a proof of your charter holidays. In case of last minute booking, send us
your enquiry and we can discus the booking procedure by phone. E-mail, or fax.
Payment Practices
Thirty percent (30%) of the total charter fee is
required upon reservation of your yacht charter, and should be
in our possession within 10 days from the date the on-line
booking form has been sent. No charter contract is valid, unless
the advance payment is received.
Seventy per sent (70%) of the balance of the charter
price will be paid on the first day of the charter, in
cash or in credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 2 months before embarkation, a cancellation fee of
84 euro will be chargedCancellation within 1 month before embarkation the
advance payment (30% of the total charter fee) will be kept. In case an
other party, for the same conditions and dates, will book the Charter,
only a fee of 84 euro will be kept. Cancellation less than one month before
embarkation the client has to pay the total charter fee. In case an other
party for the same conditions and dates, will book the charter, only a fee
of 84 euro will be kept.
What Is Included In The Price:
Insurance of the yacht against damages to the hull, the equipment and civil responsibility against 3rd party up to 530000 euro
Kitchen gas, motor oil and lubricants
Clean linen, towels and blankets
Full assistance at embracement and sailing information for the area
What Is Not Included In The Price
Food, drinks and other provisions
The consumption of diesel fuel and water during your sailing holidays
The boat is delivered clean, and in good working condition
The boat should be returned clean as it was delivered.In case the yacht is not cleaned,
a fee of 60 euro will be charged ( and this is not included in the price)
Skipper and crew fees if applicable
Taxes (VAT 4%)
Provisions
Food and other provisions are conveniently obtainable
from a market close to our marina bases. We will be happy to assist you in
transportation from the market to the yacht. In case you want the initial
provisioning, it will be made by us, this can be arranged sending you a provision
list, filling it up and returning it to us.
Embarkation Procedures
The yacht will be ready upon your arrival. Our staff
will show you all the features of the yacht, and we obtain for you all the
necessary permissions from the port authorities. In disembarkation we will
be waiting for you at the port for the necessary check out procedures.

Sailing Qualifications
Two persons from the sailing team must have
some qualifications as proof of sailing competence. For your own
safety first and the boat’s second, if we are not assured that you
can not manage the boat, we reserve the right to place a skipper
on board at the client’s expenses.
Guaranty Deposit
The customer should know that a guaranty deposit will be applied
before sailing, which will be returned to him after the check- out procedure,
providing that no damage or loss of equipment took place during charter.
In case of any loss it is the responsibility of the customer to replays it
otherwise he/she will be charged accordingly. Guaranty deposit can be issued with
the following methods: Credit Card Post authorization, travel checks, cash.
